WHEN: Friday, Sep 16th | 4:30 pm – 10 pm
WHERE: The New Sports Grounds (rear of Masjid AlSalam)
SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES*:
- Cricket and Volleyball exhibition games: 4:30 pm – 6 pm
- Asr prayers: 6:00 pm – 6:10 pm
- Sports Ground Inauguration: 6:20 pm – 6:45 pm
- Soccer tournament game starts: 6:45 pm – games will continue on Saturday and Sunday (schedule below)
LOGISTICS:
- Families are encouraged to come and enjoy the games but please watch your children and do not let them run into the ground during games..
- Food trucks will be available throughout the festivities.
- Please bring folding camping chairs with you and set these up along the walkway that surrounds the grounds.
- Please be mindful of the neighbors homes after dark – keep the sound level low when supporting your team.
- Please do NOT leave food on the ground – please pick up after yourself and your kids.
