Please make note of the following important updates regarding the ISGH membership list for the Masjid AlSalam community.
- Updated membership list has been posted on the masjid bulletin boards.
- If any corrections are required to the membership information, these must be submitted for correction by June 30th, 2019.
- There are two ways to correct the membership information:
- Those who have already registered their membership account online can login to the Membership Portal and correct information about themselves or their family members.
- Those that do not have an online account in the Membership Portal, or are unable to access it for some reason, can submit their changes through THIS FORM.
- Checkomatic members who have NOT filled out ISGH Membership form yet can add their household members by completing the membership form and submit it to masjid Admins. The membership form can be downloaded from HERE.
